Documents
WHAT IS OUR PROCESS:
At closing, it can be overwhelming with the number of documents there are to review and sign. We have provided sample closing documents to help you better understand your closing statement and what to expect at the closing table. The previously used HUD-1 and Good Faith Estimate forms have been replaced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and apply to all transactions on or after October 3, 2015. While the HUD-1 is still used for Cash transactions, we have included both as examples for what to expect depending on your closing.
